Staff were extremely helpful, always professional and accommodated need to store medicine in their fridges. Rooms were clean and in good condition.

The room is nicely designed, with a cool modern atmosphere, a comfortable bed and a good TV. The location is 3 minutes walk from the train station, so super convenient. There is also a Sainsbury's just across the street, and many places to grab a quick bite 2 minutes away as well as two quite excellent restaurants, one vegetarian, one Indian, just 5 minutes away.

Rooms are generally okay for what you are paying but the room I stayed a while ago was way too congested and the recent one was of decent size. I guess it depends on your luck what type of room you are allocated. So ask for good size room in the check in counter, perhaps this would help. The location is great, just next to the Cambridge station and a lot of eateries around there.

Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and we loved the view whilst enjoying our breakfast. We were able to book in early which was brilliant as it meant we could deposit our luggage and have more sightseeing time. We were also able to store our cases after check out and get them later on before our journey home. Joshua was very welcoming and most helpful.

Very clean and modern hotel situated in a great location by the station. We stayed in another IBIS hotel a few weeks ago, and this was definitely better. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Room was okay, clean is the main thing. Plenty of space. When I arrived the lady said my room was not ready without even taking a name while another guest checked in early with someone else.... Other than that the staff were amazing. Location is great but further out from town than you think. Breakfast is good but there is very little comfy seating to eat it at.

Good to see coconut milk on offer at breakfast, but astonished at the lack of ordinary 'breakfast' tea (only herbal, Earl Grey or Rooiboos available), also no 'breakfast' tea or soya milk in room (I addressed this to a member of staff, who apologised and promised to report to management). Excellent salad and vegan foccaccio in Chill 02. Staff very pleasant. Lady in Chilll 02 was very careful regarding allergens.

Breakfast was great! The free drink voucher at check-in was a nice surprise. As a wheelchair user, I appreciated the accessible room we were given.

The room was comfortable (although don't expect a good view, as even if you are on the top floor, you'll only get to see the rest of the building (mostly))!. The location was perfect, right next to the station. Breakfast was good, although they ran out of tea at one point!
